Recently, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment released the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting Green and Low Carbon Risk Control and Remediation of Soil Pollution (Draft for Soliciting Opinions)" for public consultation.



The solicitation of opinions points out that the use of contaminated land should be reasonably planned. Adapt to the situation and study the planning and construction of new energy projects such as photovoltaic power generation and wind power generation using abandoned mines, damaged land in coal mining subsidence areas, closed landfill sites, and polluted land plots.



Actively explore the best management measures for risk control and repair projects. Apply high-efficiency equipment products, optimize and enhance key energy consumption processes and equipment, prioritize the use of green and low-carbon repair materials, and increase the proportion of renewable and clean energy consumption according to local conditions.



Research and development of key technical materials and equipment. Develop and promote new types of repair equipment with low emissions and energy consumption, and improve the digitization, visualization, and intelligence level of the equipment. We will replace and upgrade traditional restoration facilities that do not meet energy consumption standards with clean energy, and encourage the inclusion of green and low-carbon restoration related content in the national key low-carbon technology catalog.
